Booked a room with hot tub. The location to historic sites was particularly good and unbeatable for us.

The room had an extremely comfy bed and convenient amenities like climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. the hotel's location was great, with restaurants, shopping areas, and nearby attractions like Garden of the Gods 

Breakfast nothing to brag about, no eggs, juice bad, not much of selection.

The room was brand-new and reasonably large, with a microwave oven and a fridge. The hotel's location was good and absolutely perfect in the center of everything. It was just off restaurants, shopping, Garden of the Gods, Pikes

Was assigned room 411 and the window A/C unit was not working properly. Felt more like a fan just blowing air around the room, air was cool at best not cold even when putting dial setting on high cold.

I really enjoyed the room with the jacuzzi tub. The hotel was next to historic sites, all the restaurants, Wal-Mart, and the south entrance to the Air Force Academy, and Colorado Springs. I tried some drinks at Famous Dave's Bar-b-Que, 

Front desk staff were pleasant & friendly. Great view of the mountains. Good location.

Sheets were washed but had stains. Bottom of bathtub was rinsed but still obviously very wet upon check-in after 5PM. Room entrance door was not completely closed upon arrival. Had to make sure to pull or push it to get it to close & lock when entering or leaving.

I was pleased with the double room that had its own bathroom and air conditioning provided.

Nothing.

The hotel smelled terrible, like air freshener. The smell caused both of us to be congested. The congestion went away when we left the property. The positive reviews are very misleading. Not worth the price. There was a used soap bar in the shower and pubic hairs on the shower wall. Disgusting! If this program allowed me to pick a rating number it would be zero!

This place is a cozy and tidy hotel with a great location near historical attractions.

The staff. Jonathan and Teresa at the front desk. So nice and accommodating. Jonathon carried all of our luggage to the car because another guest had kept the only cart available in their room.

We stayed a month and really needed a larger room. Need to fix and update the furniture. The towels were very rough.

The rooms here are clean with carpeting and a jacuzzi tub, and the staff is friendly.
